Choose the package that is right for you and follow the links to get started. You’ll then receive an email with your start up steps and link to the app. Complete all steps including the questionnaire for us to get to know you. Sit tight while Jack and his team review your questionnaire and tailor your program. You’ll be all set usually within 48 hours.
No lock in contract or exit fees. If you’re on a subscription plan, then all you need to do is give us 14 days notice to stop via email jack@jjshealthandfitness.com.
Your program will be designed to fit around and compliment your club’s training and games. There are also options to completely replace your club’s training sessions if you ever can’t make it on any given night.
Ideally, yes, but our programs have the ability to substitute exercises if you don’t have access to any given piece of equipment. At a minimum, we recommend to have access to adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a barbell and weight plates.
Yes. Your program will be tailored to suit your experience level and you’ll be guided through it step by step through the JJ’s app by me.
Our programs will provide alternative sessions to work around injuries as best as possible. However, if you require a fully customised program to work around your specific injury, this will be at an extra cost.
Yes. All meals can be filtered to suit most dietary requirements, meaning you’ll only see recipes that are right you.
Your training program will be scheduled on days that work around your weekly football commitments, as best as possible.

Yes. We have pure hypertrophy based programs designed for those with the main priority of changing their body shape. Muscle gain and reducing body fat will be the focus.
Yes. We have programs to suit junior footballers from 13+ years. If you are 12 years or younger, stay tuned as a Foundations program is coming!
Yes. We provide solo skills sessions through the app also.
